We have been very successful selling our listings. We conduct our business with a team concept. Unlike some real estate companies with a bunch of individual agents operating under a umbrella company name, we work as a team to sell your home not as an individual, trying to sell only their own listings. We believe in success as a group. You may interact with one agent who represents you in your sale, but behind the scenes there are at least 3 additional people who are reviewing your listing and sale to ensure a smooth and worry free transaction. COMMITMENTS TO OUR SELLERS

  • There are agents that sit around hoping someone else will sell their listing. They are called passive agents. We are active Realtors that will take the needed actions to sell your home. Some agents will tell you anything just to get your listing. This only hurts you because they have no plan in place once you've signed the contract. We will always tell you the facts. We have the plan to market your home effectively and work for you, not the purchaser.
  • We will conduct an extensive interview with you to determine all issues from the amount of money you desire to receive at closing, the reasons for selling your home, and the time frame within which you need to move.
  • We will then review your home providing professional help on simple things that you can do to improve the resale value of your home.
  • We will conduct research on similar homes in your area as to their value and their selling price. We will determine the differences in your home and the comparables. We will then agree on a listing price using all the above factors and others you may have.
  • Your home will be on the Multiple Listing Service within 48 hours and we will take pictures for MLS that present your home in the most appealing way. Our description will be equally attractive.
  • We will have your home put on a virtual tour if we think it will help the sale of your home.
  • We will advertise your home in the market publications. At company expense. If possible, your agent will run television advertising on our local cable channel for real estate listings at agent expense.
  • Your home will become a Featured Listing on your agents web site exposing your property to many browsers. Furthermore, your home will receive premium exposure on our companies web site and web site's of several of our affiliates.
  • Your agent may hold an open house for your home, featuring it in the local newspaper to the general public. All of our office agents will tour your home in one of our Tuesday morning office tours of new property we have listed. This gives your home the most wide spread exposure quickly.
  • The biggest frustration for home sellers is the lack of communication with their Realtor. Your agent will communicate with you at time intervals you want, to review activities occurring on your home.
  • Your closing will be as easy as we can make it and will be without surprises.
